Ingredients: 

Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Butter, Sugar, Fresh Yeast, Pasteurised Whole Egg, Baking Improver, Flour Improver, Salt and Whole Milk Powder.

Filling: Water, Custard Mix, Glucose Syrup Solid, Dextrose, Gelling Agent, Sugar, Thickener, Permitted Flavouring, Natural Colouring, Salt and Chocolate Chip.

Products contains gluten, milk, soy and egg. 

May contain traces of nuts, sesame seed and fish.

Baking Guidelines: Thaw or Defrost at ambient temperature for 5 minutes. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 175°C-195°C with ample steam in a preheated oven.

Storage: This is a frozen, unbaked product. Keep frozen at -18°C to -20°C at all times. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
