May contain traces of soy, peanuts, tree nuts, crustaceans, fish, sulphites, sesame, mustard, celery, mollusc.Baking Guidelines: Thaw or Defrost at ambient temperature for 5 minutes. Bake for 17-19 minutes at 175°C-195°C with ample steam in a preheated oven.
Storage: This is a frozen, unbaked product. Keep frozen at -18°C to -20°C at all times. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
